ColoradoPols next to be sucked into the Sieverding litigation vortex?

The following is a copy of an email disseminated by Kay Sieverding:

I am requesting that you delete

I tried to respond to the posting but was unsuccessful.

ColoradoPols is responsible because it wrote the posting.

It says

“for background, this equally entertaining but older Steamboat Pilot and Today article, “Restraining order issued against Sieverding.”

There was a restraining order issued on me but it was issued without the required statement and opinion. There was no reason in facts given or law stated. In fact, the reason stated in the transcript was that I molested Jane Bennett but she said under oath that there was no offensive touching. There was no statement as to where and when this molestation supposedly occurred.

If you don’t remove this article I’ll sue you. If you do remove it and quickly I won’t sue you.

    I wish she would state clearly what exactly she is going to sue Colorado Pols for. Is it for linking to an article titled “Restraining order issued against Sieverding” when — in point of fact — a restraining order had been issued against Kay Sieverding?
