The much loved sports legend would be smeared into a corrupt/evil and/or brainless/joke politician with a (relatively) tiny paycheck to show for it. Stay out John, stay out!

Running a disciplined offense and running the state ain’t the same thing. Other celebrity politicians seem to have always been much more involved than Elway, though I don’t know much about what he does politically.

Unless we read a headline about our new Governor molesting little boys, no one–not even Number 7–will beat him in 2010. The power/aura of the incumbent is too difficult to overcome.

Its not about the Elway name. It’s about smearing someone, ANYONE, without a shred of evidence. Got any proof, show it. Otherwise keep it shut.
but if it is in divorce papers, it’s an allegation, not a fact. Unless his divorce records reflect he admitted to beating his wife, I’d say your evidence is scant.
