Truely inspirational!

I know this is not what liberals have come to expect from journalism or even more so rape survivors. However, I think we can all agree that Ken Buck has empowered this strong woman to attempt to make the best out of a terrible situation. This is the Ken Buck all of us in Weld County have come to learn and now fully support, not the one portrayed in the desperate nasty misleading attack ads.

Well at least the nasty Bennet attack ads have led to some good, Ms. Corban decided to come forward because she was so tired of seeing her hero falsely slandered.

Please check this out and spread the word of the true Ken Buck.

  1. Good for him.  That’s his job.  Why didn’t he prosecute them all?

Note to Buck shills.  It’s not the rape cases that Buck DID prosecute that are going to bite him in the ass, it’s the ones he DIDN’T.

What was special about this one?  About this victim who you outed against Pols’ policy?  Was she a campaign contributor?

    1. Ralphie you are proving that you are just a hater. No matter what you will not be happy. If this does not touch you you are emotionally bankrupt. You can’t even acknowledge that Ken Buck is not what you portray him as. Is it personal or what is the deal? Who asks if she is a campaign donor? What does that have to do with anything?

        1. There is no rape that was not prosecuted just an allegation!

Why do you want us all to ignore this strong courageous woman whom came forward?  She is really compelling is she not? Or is it since she is not a Buck hater so she does not matter?

          1. Neat.  The system worked for her.  Why did it not work for the other girl, too?  More importantly, why did Ken Buck act so condescendingly toward the girl whose case he did not pursue, but not the other girl.

If you really want me to compare the two cases, though, it seems to me that Ken Buck does the right thing only when it’s easy.

            1. Buck did the right thing in both cases that’s now a dead issue ask Pols. What statements were insensitive?

Why do you ignore the other woman’s opinion? Is it not as important?Oh because the cases were different? Or is it because Buck is actually a vocal and strong advocate of sex assault survivors and women and you don’t want people to know the Bennet campaign is misleading them!

              1. Shill 24/7.

(As for the topic I was referring to is that there was a confession in the untried case, but it wasn’t deemed worthy. Not even for seeking a settlement. Why not?)

You may return to your preferred topic now.

                1. The shills don’t seem to give a shit what the actual topics are. They threadjack everything, answer only what they want, and ignore what they don’t.

                  It’s getting ridiculous.

My favorite is No2Dems not even knowing what comments the whole Buck rape scandal is all about! Didn’t stop s/he from threadjacking though. On this thread AND one s/he created!

                  What a douchenozzle.

                2. Wow that would be a wonderful justice system. Let’s charge potentially innocent people and hope they take a plea bargain instead of going to trial. How does that work please do explain?

                  1. I hadn’t thought of that.

I forgot that the Republican thing to do is to round up people who have names who sound like bad guys and imprison them without a trial. Or to punish children for the actions of their parents.

These methods of “justice” are superior. Much more Christian, too.

Anything else from my posts that you’d like to misunderstand? Get it all out there while you can.

  2. I’m surprised to see so many conservatives supporting Ritter though.  This just in; DA’s are supposed to prosecute and put rapists away.

Not just easy cases.  They are all we have.  This duty should not be taken so lightly.

The tough thing about being fair and decent is that you have to do it all the time.

I can find at least one story where even Hitler did something good for a single person.  I can find at least one story where even The Dalai Lama screwed someone over.  So what?

We get it; this woman didn’t ask for it and it was therefore worth prosecuting the rapist.  Check.  Thanks for the rocking input.

  3. You’re breaking out the bubbly because you found an example where Buck did the job he was hired to do?

Really? This is the best you could do?

(Do you get benefits with your shill?)

    1. Oh sorry to break up the hate Buck fest. Sorry does this story not smear and mislead enough?  Are you sad because your big story has officially backfired?

Guess what Buck has reduced the crime rate in Weld County so I think he has done a really good job. I think she speaks for nearly all of us in Weld County that we would be really lucky to have Senator Buck fighting on behalf of Coloradoans.

  4. This piece is nothing more than a positive piece documenting that not only did Ken Buck do his job really well, but he empowered a traumatized woman to become somebody really special. Here is a strong woman who is willing to go out of her way to help others and stand up against her rapist and the democrats that are flat out lying about a man she truely respects. It is nice to read a good article that is not smearing either of the candidates.
