    1. They devised “The Pledge” in which members of Congress pledged their loyalty to a US Corporation, and gave at least $125 million to climate-denial groups to ensure no movement on the most pressing challenge of our time.  I’m speculating this makes him eligible to lie in state at the Capitol with a little nudge from McConnell and Gardner. Let’s hope his afterworld is as increasingly warm as the one he left behind.

    2. My favorite part of the Washington Post article about David Koch's passing is the last bit:

"At the 2011 dedication of a new cancer research facility at MIT, to which he had contributed $100 million, he joked, “I read stuff about me and I say, ‘God, I’m a terrible guy.’ And then I come here and everybody treats me like I’m a wonderful fellow, and I say, ‘Well, maybe I’m not so bad after all.’ ”

If the only people that treat you well are the people that you pay to be around you, maybe you should re-examine your life. Unfortunately, I don't think that he did.

    3. "I have never killed anyone, but I have read some obituary notices with great satisfaction."

      ~ Clarence Darrow

"Here's hoping the malevolent fuck's death was especially painful and terrifying."

      ~ Genghis

  1. Seth Moulton is out!!

Now we're going to see the big money get going – I know they were waiting.
No word on whether he plans to run for Senate in Colorado.

    1. I liked Seth and he brought important issues to the debate regarding mental health and veteran suicide.  I'm glad he had the chance to share that on a national stage and wish him nothing but good luck going forward.

In other news, Cadet Bone Spurs has some thoughts on vet suicides…<sigh>

      1. Me too.
I like Governor Inslee a lot, too. Hell, once upon a time, everyone I knew LIked Abner Mikva

As for J&J – pretty sure it's ketamine based.  no thanks
