Was headed to work yesterday at approx 17:15 hours, caught a snippet of craig silverman and bothways on khow while channel surfing the radio.
Well, it’s official. silverman has joined the birther movement, co-incidentally on the same day green zone coffman (r-CD6) announced he has.
silverman’s angle is that the President won’t release his birth certificate because it shows the President to be of Muslim faith. When he ran that con, beauprez typically clumsily and gooberishly here-here’d it. Had to go to work, so I missed out on what surely was a priceless call in or two from the faithfull.
Never ceases to amaze me how talk shows consistently pander to their demographics. And that 3-6 khow demographic is straight out of “Deliverance”.

Pretty much right. He thinks the birthers are nuts because he was obviously born in the United States, but he thinks Obama’s covering up his Muslim heritage and is lying about his race.

Those people are, pardon the language, fucking stupid. Morons. No B.C. has the person’s faith on it. And even if it did, here’s a shock, birfers, BEING MUSLIM AND BEING PRESIDENT IS OK! I guess he just hung out in Rev. Wright’s church for a couple of decades to throw off the scent.
And most people don’t have their birth certificate, I guess no one, actually. At best, a certified copy from the state’s health department. You need one, or at least used to, to get a passport.
I don’t know about the religion. The copy of my birth certificate which I recently obtained from PA looks just like Obama’s. I have another certificate from the hospital, which does not have a raised seal on it and does have a religious affiliation.
Silverman and Caplis are two examples of why the American Bar Association should develop guidelines for its members who are also media talk hosts….not legal analysts, but giving partisan political commentary.
Is Silverman supposed to be, the “liberal” counterpoint to Caplis?. IMHO, I think they are the favorite of gays all over town. Caplis is agressive and Silverman is soooooo passive….I can’t have their show on if I have kids in the car…ever try explaining to an eight year old girl what the words ” male genitalia” mean? Talk about your teachable moments.
It’s a courtesy thing, fun to have while everyone is giddy. I learned this when I went to get a passport many years ago. I had to get the certified copy from MA.

Also, do you know if Silverman or Caplis are members of the ABA? Even if they were, why wouldn’t they simply quit if the ABA started being mean to them? It’s not as if any lawyer, practicing law or not, has to be a member of the ABA.

That a baby’s footprint matched the mother’s thumb print and so it was used for identification….however, my mother was Irish….and who know where she got that….she also said that birthmarks were where the angel kissed you when you came off the assembly line in heaven…which I still believe……

It is actually against the rules for anyone who would actually have seen an actual birth certificate from Hawaii or even worse, HAVE an actual birth certificate from Hawaii to chime in…..it could possibly stop this more than year long discussion and then what would we talk about?
