Now it’s time for a Big Line update that takes in to account Congressman McInnis’ follies and Bill Ritter’s sorry excuse for leadership during the session.
Ritter is lucky that of his two opponents, one is setting himself up to frog-march (figuratively speaking) and the other is a disaster who can’t complete a sentence without making shit up.
Ritter should maybe drop a point or two, but Penry definitely doesn’t move up.
Bill Ritter hides under his desk the whole session while Penry brokers deals on things like the death penalty repeal and you contend that Ritter should drop but Penry shouldn’t rise?
I don’t know if you’ve seen a newspaper lately, JB, but there’s a bit of an uprising happening around our state and country. Come next fall its fairly likely that voters are going to be looking for someone that’s stood up to tax hikers like Bill Ritter to fight for the taxpayer. Penry’s been a strong voice for fiscal sanity this entire session. Many of us have been keeping track.
He did a good job of making it seem like he was brokering a deal, while not actually having to give anything up. You see, that’s what a deal is. It’s not “You give something up, and I get to keep everything.”
I can understand why you’d think he was brokering deals though, because the distinction between actual deals and imaginary deals is hard to see for the untrained eye.
Another newly-registered Penry shill.
Or an old one under a different nick.
so this time i danced a jig and tapped my heels
You’re not actually in our secret club. Everybody else knows to pirouette.
…thanks for specifically excluding me. After all I’ve done for you.
…a republican administration. Which is to say, it does nothing (running IE 8).
They were clear about not doing that anymore. Stop doing that, David.
It was working fine before, but now it’s not.
So what if we told you that we just really fixed it, even for crummy IE users? Refresh and make liars out of us.
works perfectly, and at no cost to me.
Thanks!
