Markey votes against budget again

Rep. Betsy Markey was among 17 House Democrats who voted against the budget this morning.

The budget outline passed the House 233-193 and is expected to pass the Senate later today.

The rest of the Colorado delegation voted along party lines. No Republicans voted for the budget.

Markey was among 20 Democrats who voted against the budget the first time it came through the House April 2. She said the deficits were unacceptably high.
