Seriously, has Clarence Thomas ever done anything right? When he’s had to make his own decisions and not just piggyback off someone else, has he ever not fucked everything up? He’s like Joe Bfstplk, if Joe were also an asshole.
It wasn’t ever a question of Joe doing something right or not, it was his perpetual bad luck. That’s why he always had a rain cloud over his head.
Nevada Lt. Gov Brian Krolicki has already announced that he is challenging Harry Reid in ’10.
Today, he was indicted on four counts of fraud relating to his tenure as state treasurer.
He joins that pantheon of Republicans like Duke Cunningham, Bob Ney and Ted Stevens.
I will say that it seems more of a stumble than an intention, but we will see.
Funny how that correlated so closely with his announcement….

Nevada’s AG is a Dem. The charges look pretty serious, but it could just be political. Well, Krolicki seems to think so anyway.

Keep in mind that Reid had a strong hand in the Democrat’s successful challenge of Rep. Porter, who was supposed to be the Republican nominee against Reid this time. So the Democrats have a history of targeting people in Nevada who are thinking about challenging Reid
George W. Bush played a bigger role in Portman’s defeat. Give credit where credit is due.
