the comparison can be instructive as to how things are changing in Mesa county.
I really like how specific the 2016 version is on things like getting rid of the ad valorem tax credit, suppporting a distributed energy grid, adding a 10 cent gas tax to build infrastructure, supporting Coloradocare, etc.
A very bold roadmap which other counties should emulate.
