Donate your women's business attire in honor of Sarah Palin!

  • by: Alan

( – promoted by Colorado Pols)

Governor Sarah Palin is coming Colorado Springs later today. Please join our call for Palin to donate some of her campaign clothes to a local charity while she is in Colorado:

http://progressnowaction.org/d…

Palin continues to defend spending upwards of $150,000 on her wardrobe since she was nominated. (“Governor Palin defends clothing tab” Fox News, Tampa Bay, 10/26/2008)

McCain and Palin’s enormous spending on her wardrobe demonstrates how out of touch they are with taxpayers and the average Coloradoan.  Palin should know better than to visit a tax-conscious community like Colorado Springs without at least donating part of her clothes to a local charity.

Join our members in donating to “Dress for Success” which provides professional clothing attire and career advice to low-income women.

Drop off professional business style clothing attire today, no denim or casual clothes, between 8:30am-4:30pm to:

Dress for Success, Colorado Springs

Women’s Resource Agency Inc.

750 Citadel Drive East Suite 3117

Colorado Springs, CO

or

Dress for Success, Denver

Denver, CO

  1. and I’ve had the opportunity to work with them in the past.

Please donate all you can to help those looking to better their lives make good first impressions.

    Thanks…

  2. Anyone know of an organization that needs male business attire?  No reason why males can’t donate in her name as well.  We have some high quality male business clothes we would love to donate in her name.

    Thanks

    1. There is a group that specializes in interview clothes, but I can’t remember them.  But a charity will point you in the right direction.

While you’re there, donate some toiletries!  Even samples, or hotel stuff will help tons.
