take a second to watch this about one of our presidential candidates.

it really is a good youtube commercial.

i don’t know who did this but its a good one.

    1. that is $30,000+ per house.  And, quite a few of those houses are in condominium associations, so there should be no outdoor property maintenance work.

  1. 2007 Sched H part I line 1: $136,572. From the statement of allocation of community expenses we find that household employment expenses are split equally bwteeen the couple; therefore, TOTAL McCain family household expenses for servants is NOT $136,572 but 2 * $136,572 = $273,144. The same procedure for 2006 yields $91,777 * 2 = $183,554.

      cooking your meals and laying out your clothes,

      you have to pay them enough so that they aren’t tempted to steal the silverware.  

      Would this include a personal security detail ?  If so, that ain’t much.  

      What do other millionaires in or out of government pay for domestic help ?  Or are you comparing this to what you, on your measly $100K salary, pay your maid, cook, butler and chauffeur ?
