  1. Thanks for teaching how to use The Google. Here’s a quick googling challenge for you. How many lobbyst does McCain have staff who pushed to deregulate our banking and insurance industries. Here’s a hint, over 100… now go do work son.

  2. It will not get me to vote for McCain, but I expect I’m not the audience it is aimed at.  An awful lot of the ads I’ve seen being passed around by Republicans have been… we’ll they over reach by using lots of pretty pictures and bad voice acting.

And it is a pretty good strategy to cloak oneself in the mantel of being a ‘moderate’ to influence other ‘moderates’. Of course if it was actually about politics from ‘the middle’ one would think that occasionally he’d have something bad to say about Republicans.

    Funny, that.

  3. The Bush administration for the last 8 years. Yes the regulations could have been better – but the Bush administration consistently did as little as possible.

We could have had the best laws in the world, and the poor to non-existent implementation of them by the Republican administration would still have left us in this mess.
