This is one endorsement I’m guessing Jared doesn’t want/need.
Blech.
…if John Andrews didn’t butt in where he’s not wanted, he wouldn’t be able to butt in anywhere.
me to rethink my support of Polis….almost.
because that statement sure the hell differs from what you said last week Arvadonian.
Here it is:

“Owens would be a cosponsor of the same Constitutional Amendment that Allard has carried for the last several years (Ironically, called the Federal Marriage Amendment when he couldn’t keep his own marriage together).”
“Which of your rights do you see in shades of gray? Care to enumerate them for us?”
is that I loathe Andrews so much that his stated support of Polis is ALMOST enough to get me to re-evaluate my support of Polis. Almost being the operative word.
Andrews endorsement of Polis is the equivalent of Coulter’s endorsement of Hillary over McCain. Laughable.
With regards to my rights, all three of the candidates in the 2nd CD race are acceptable to me on those issues…far superior to Bill Owens. Not a bit of gray there.
Bill Owens isn’t running in CD-2 so lets compare apples to apples. Are you saying Polis isn’t any better than Shafroth or JFG in terms of supporting GLBT issues ? I would tend to disagree there.
Of course Jared’s identity gives him extra credibility, but JFG was a good worker on Gay issues and has a good leg record. Will has no record on the issue, but his stated positions are very progressive on this issue.
Either that or he just desperately wants someone, anyone, to pay attention to him. I assume he has enough of a brain to know his endorsement doesn’t help.
She was genuinely (and justifiably) outraged over the Midnight Gerrymander attempr Andrews pulled on her in ’03.
I suspect that she saw that as undermining the integrity of the legislative process.
