The ongoing feud between Denver Democratic Party Chair Sharron Klein and Treasurer Barbara Groves bubbled over in a rancorous meeting earlier this week. Groves is accusing Klein of keeping two sets of books for the BINGO operations that the party runs weekly. Not to be outdone, Klein accuses Groves of being a puppet for her archenemy, Denver Auditor Dennis Gallagher.

Efforts to have Klein and Groves agree to mediation failed.
Party Office Beverly Rykien is planning to file a request with State Party Chair Pat Waak to intervene under State Party rules to resolve this imbroglio. Should be a fun Denver Democrats Annual dinner Saturday night
