Mejia's Made the Runoff!

At least that’s the impression you’d get from his campaign  activities.

Instead of organizing volunteers and fighting to win every last vote James jetted off to L.A. yesterday to raise money for a run-off he’s somehow already made…

http://www.kdvr.com/news/polit…

Today is the last day to mail in ballots. Tuesday is Election Day. But James thinks spending time with national Latino leaders (who happen to have deep-pockets) is more important that the people of Denver?

Aside from being a stupid use of James’ time (isn’t it best to have you candidate in-state 3 days out?) what does this say about his priorities if elected mayor? Prominent national leaders are more important than the citizens of Denver? Raising money is more important than spending time with voters? Mejia tends to think he’s won things that are still very much in the air?

Everyone thinks it’s going to be Mejia, Romer or Hancock. But I think the citizens of Denver have other ideas. They like the candidates who care about Denver’s People!
