(The Post also endorsed Ortega, further cementing both as the frontrunners. – promoted by Denver Pols)

The Denver Post today named Robin Kniech as the “top choice” for Denver City Council at-large.  The Post praised Kniech for her “strong grasp of neighborhood issues and what ails Denver,”  viewing her as a “talented newcomer” to city government.  The Post also detailed Kniech’s plan for the light-industrial areas of Denver as a way to bring middle-income jobs and increased property tax base to our city.

“I am so honored to have received the Post’s top endorsement today,” said Kniech, “and I’m happy that my plan to attract and keep good paying jobs in Denver while strengthening the tax base that supports the city and Denver Public Schools has received such positive attention.”

Robin Kniech has also been endorsed by Former State Treasurer Cary Kennedy, Former Colorado Speaker of the House Terrance Carroll, a number of current and former elected officials, New Era Colorado and several community leaders and organizations.

  1. A while back I drove Robin around SE Denver for an hour filling her in about the happenings in my neighborhood.  She also attended the Univ. Hills holiday party.  She’s definitely a hard worker and truly interested in what the people of Denver have to say.  Go Robin!
