Presidential Pardons and Scooter Libby

I realize this is not Colorado-specific, and it may be too early to discuss but I want to anyway especially since Libby brought it to mind. I never forgave Clinton for pardoning 140 people on his last day in office, bringing his total to 395. When Libby got his jail time I(and I am sure many of you too) wondered if a Presidential pardon would be coming his way on Bush’s last day. If Bush does pardon him, I doubt it would be any sooner than his last day.

As of a couple months ago, Bush is at 113 total pardons. Considering his current pace, he would either have to pick it up or have a TON of last-day pardons to catch up with Bill. To me this is a huge deal that is not covered by the press much. So take the poll and tell me what you think.
