Attorney David Broughmam posting as Kay Sieverding?

Yes, a revelation occurred to me, just now. Why didn’t I realize it before? Perhaps, what’s really going on is that defense attorney David Brougham is posting as a cock puppet for Kay Sieverding in an effort to undermine her meritorious claims by posting “gibberish”!

It’s not so far fetched — after all, who would post as their own name “KaySieverding” And, as Kay –or Mr. Brougham– has pointed out numerous times within the Kay Sieverding Thread, what is posted here on Pols is highly probative in terms of in-court admissibility. If not David Brougham, it must be an attorney working for Lloyds of London, the ABA, or the Colorado Bar Assoc.

Who is going to be the good samaritan to contact the real Ms. Sieverding to inform her that this defamatory, nefarious attack against her has been underway for several days now? Certainly, she may want to consider a defamation action of some sort against the perpetrator[s].
