Cross-posted at SquareState and other fine blogs

Democrats in Arapahoe County (and beyond) are putting their values into action this Saturday at two great Democrats Work events . . . a tree planting and sapling giveaway in Littleton (which is FULL) and trail cleanups in Aurora (which you can sign up for below).  I hope you can join us!  The details for the trail cleanups are below:

Democrats from Arapahoe House Districts 36, 40, and 41 and Democrats Work will celebrate Earth Day by cleaning up one of our favorite local trails.  Click here to RSVP and to see all of the details.

We are meeting at the Arapahoe County Democratic Party Headquarters at 9:00 a.m. where we will divide into Work Crews and then head out to pick up trash on the Mission Viejo Trail and Toll Gate Creek Trail.

About Democrats Work: Democrats Work mobilizes Democrats to perform community service . . . as Democrats. Democrats Work partners with Democratic organizations throughout Colorado to help connect Democrats with visible, tangible service projects in their communities – such as cleaning up parks and neighborhoods, working at food banks, building houses, sponsoring basketball tournaments, and helping at church bake sales. Through this service-based approach, Democrats Work aims to promote Democratic values at the local level, showing our neighbors that Democrats work hard to improve their communities every day, not just at election time.  Join us!
