Who Wins What in June? (Vote #2)

  • by: Colorado Pols

Readers of Colorado Pols have traditionally been weirdly accurate at predicting the outcomes of big races in Colorado, and we’re asking you to do it again. We’ll ask these questions a few more times before June 25 to get a sense of how perceptions might be changing about the various contests. Scroll through below and give us your best guess on all four congressional Primary battles. [Click here for results from Vote #1]

Remember: We aren’t asking what you want to happen or which campaign you might support. We want to know what you THINK will be the eventual outcome. Think of it like making a bet; if you were going to throw down a sizable amount of money on the outcome of each of these contests, where would you place your dough?

  1. The Hurd/Hanks battle is a showdown between traditional Republicans and the MAGA cult.  The rest of the crowd splits the MAGA vote.  Hurd has to count on disaffected GOP voters getting up off their hind ends and voting.  We'll know soon enough.

    1. Their voters have had hundreds of chances to pick somewhat more reasonable people over members of the MAGA cult and they choose the cult every single time. CO-3 will be no different (and because Hanks isn’t named Boebert, he’ll end up beating Adam Frisch simply because the district leans right and people will falsely think he isn’t as crazy as she is even though he’s actually crazier).

    1. Not so fast there. Hurd is still a relative unknown in CD-3 while Adam Frisch has been working the District since 2022. My money; literally; is on Frisch pulling out a modest victory. We'll see.
