My prediction is that SCOTUS will take the case and vacate the COSCT's decision on the grounds that review of the issue under Article 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment is a nonjusticiable political question. I don't agree with that possible result, as I think the issue is justiciable, with or without Congressional action under its 14th Amendment power, but it's what I think the Court will conclude. I guess we'll see. I still hold out hope for a major cardiovascular event for the orange cretin, preferably in an embarassing setting.
