Lawsuit filed to keep T***p off the Colorado ballot 'cuz 14th Amendment! Now we're cooking with gas!
Lawsuits can be filed for nearly anything. This has an interesting set of petitioners and attorneys, but there is no way it will be settled law by the early January date to certify a ballot for the Colorado primary; and highly unlikely it will be finalized by the September date for the certification of the general election in 2024.
Until there is a court decision saying "Trump is an insurrectionist," I don't expect there will be disqualifications.

Heavy-hitter lawyers and probably nationally coordinated. Having said that, I don't expect the courts to ultimately disqualify. But we'll see. Much of the litigation, including other states, is looking to set up SCOTUS review. SCOTUS may well conclude that it's a nonjusticiable political question, leaving it to Congress to address legislatively (under its power under section 5 of the 14th Amendment).
