Between the COVID death differential, the rise in young people and recently naturalized citizens registering to vote, Coffman's allies managing to insult groups of voters, and Coffman's own lack of progress on headlined issues, I'd speculate that any qualified candidate could defeat Coffman. In 2019, Coffman won by 215 votes — getting 26,690 or 35.7% of the 74,630 cast. If there is a relatively clear choice between a limited number of people running for the office, Coffman's long ride in public service may end.
That means a lot, Roger, coming from the guy who lost to the guy who lost to Jason Crow.
