Too easy as to see this as a crappy set-up job.
Amazing how much Harris has accomplished as VP without taking any credit. Her 51st vote has been the deciding vote in so much legislation that has been passed over the last two years. She has to get goosebumps hitting the Yes button and watching the Repubs faces.

This may be blessing in disguise for Kristie Burton Brown and her flock of egg lovers.
Had it actually made its way onto the ballot, I predict it would have lost be a larger margin than the 75/25 split on the prior anti-choice initiatives, if only because those were more hypothetical while this one would actually count.
Maybe Tina Peters can help them with a recount of the signatures they did have. Or maybe the zealots got cold feet after their big loss last week in conservative Kansas.
A minor quibble….. I think 75/25 is a little high even as an average. Without looking anything up, I recall one loss for the tub-thumpers at 73-27, one at 71-29, and one at 64-36. Forgetting the other one……
The religious fundies did better with the last one I’ve listed as the wording was mis-leading, IMHO.
