Boyles says Coffman apology letter is "weenie"

KHOW talk-radio host Peter Boyles spent the morning saying that, despite his apology, Coffman really does believe that Obama, “in his heart,” is “not an American.”

“The only reason he backpedals is because he got caught,” Boyles told his listeners during the 7 a.m. hour.

“Tragically, or luckily, whatever way it goes, I’ve spent almost five years listening and reading, and there’s more holes in [Obama’s] story than you can drive a truck through. What if Coffman had said, as a U.S. Congressman, we know more about the life of George Washington than we know about Barack Obama. That would have been a bombshell…

If [Coffman] had schooled himself on all the right questions, when Channel 9 came to him and said, hey, we have this recording of you, he could have said, yeah, and plus, let me add to that.”

Boyles continued:

“Coffman writes an apology letter to Channel 9. It’s weenie. Dude, you could have said, by the way, what about that social security number, how about that draft number. … [Coffman] says, ‘I misspoke.’ Come on.”

The furthest back I can remember listening to Boyles was the late ’80’s.

He was on one of his “crusades”, and it had to do with the assassination of President Kennedy, E. Howard Hunt’s possible implication, and the fabulous book by Mark Lane, “Plausible Denial”

That broadcast was the first of many in which I heard, with my own ears, Boyles wax poetically and sentimentally about his days in the US Army Airborne.

I heard Boyles mention it more than a few more times during the next 15 years, and then came the Stolen Valor Act.

The killer jargon ended. He never mentioned those “tough guys I seved with” again.

Ever. He never brought up anything even remotely close to military service again.

There’s no mention of any military service on his clear channel bio. Or anywhere.

It is what it is.

Me, I have never seen a misprinted nor mistaken brochure, and I think everything together–including what Mr. Coffman said–is clear proof that it is indeed that time of the biennial calendar.

  Any solid, official,legitimate government issued documentation of Obama’s birth in Hawaii will be dismissed as forgery by the conspiracy nuts while anything that “supports” their case, no matter how inane, will be accepted as rock solid proof. And pols like Coffman who know better will pretend not to when pandering to the fringie base. As far as new “revelations” are concerned, no votes will be changed in this rinse repeat process.
  
  Although one can hope a few will be changed in Coffman’s case in light of his recent leap onto the wacko pander wagon since many in the middle who voted for him did so because they didn’t consider him a completely wacko rightie. Obviously he either really is exactly that or he is a lying SOB willing to repeat nonsense he knows to be baseless if he thinks it will play well with the audience of the day.
