  1. It’s worth revisiting the classic Pols take on Moore’s conspiracy theory non-denials:

Danny Moore believes that he can say anything he wants and lie with impunity by hiding behind the excuse that he is entitled to his own opinion. “I don’t know if those things are true or not, but in my circle we share these things between us and we debate these things,” he told the GazetteWay to stand up for your convictions, Danny.

With that in mind, here is our opinion of some other things that we should debate about Danny Moore:

♦ Danny Moore does not believe that the earth is round; he thinks it is a square.

♦ Danny Moore became fabulously wealthy by selling used Q-tips to indigent people in Latin America.

♦ Danny Moore was once engaged to be married to a jar of pickles (Vlasic, reportedly).

♦ Danny Moore has an inside-out penis.

♦ Danny Moore eats live squirrels for breakfast twice a week.

  2. Huh … so much for the rural, Hispanic descriptions.  And I’m not certain about “leader,” as I don’t know if Moore has led anything beyond his own consulting companies and the military enlisted in the groups he was part of.

The Republican ticket is now diverse:  one woman, one man; one White, one Black;, one from Lone Tree, one from Centennial; one who has worked in Colorado government, one who has not.

    1. Look at what is happening in Georgia where apparently voters are open to ticket splitting.

Then again Colorado is not Georgia. Fortunately.

My guess at this point in time is:

Bennet wins by less than 5%.

Polis wins by somewhere between 10% and 15%. (Better than he did against Stapleton.)

The three state constitutional offices are anyone’s guess.

The House delegation ends up four-to-four split with Dems keeping 1, 2, 6, and 7, and the GOP taking the other four.

The state House ends up Democratic, 39 to 26.

The state Senate ends up Republican, 18 to 17.

And speaking of Dan Maes, in some ways this year will be like 2010 when the Dem gubernatorial candidate easily won while Bennet had to sweat it out.

  3. As I was looking for some Ganahl details, I found a Facebook post

Last night, we launched our newest coalition for this campaign: Dems for Heidi! Democrats agree that Colorado is moving in the wrong direction under Jared Polis’ leadership and it's in this group that we the people are coming together to choose change over party in politics.

The time is now to put our differences aside. This election is about coming TOGETHER to restore the Colorado Way of Life and unleash its ultimate potential. Democrats, Independents, Undecideds and Republicans are welcome on our team. #heidiforgov #DemsForHeidi #UnleashColorado #unity

Pictures of about a dozen people (including Heidi).  Kyle Clark was one of several who recognized one in the picture — "Prominently featured in the campaign’s photo of the event is 2020 Republican State Senate candidate Lynn Gerber, who remains a registered Republican, according to state records."  He continued "The Ganahl campaign released a semi-anonymous list of 27 Democrats that the campaign claims have endorsed Ganahl. Each is listed by first name, last initial, and county of residence."

    Imagine the meeting:

"Hi .. my name is John M. from Denver, and I'm a Dem for Heidi."

"Hi John," say the dozen or so people on metal folding chairs….

    1. The one in the black tank top looks a lot like Complete Colorado’s Sherrie Peif. No Democrat, Sherrie engineered the slander against Rochelle Galindo, per gossip from local Greeley folk, and was active in several orher recall efforts.

Not going to put up a photo, but she has Sherrie A Peif and Simply Sherrie profiles on Facebook.

  4. Some times the good folks win.

The latest would-be mass shooter was happily murdering three people in an Indiana mall when 22 year-old Elisjsha Dicken killed him with a pistol.

We salute you, sir, and may your tribe increase.
