  1. To our Congresspeople – what did you do yesterday to move the world forward?

A: You passed the budget. And that’s gigantic. Thank you.

‘Now, what are you doing today to move the world forward?

  2. Russia is clearly struggling to build up for another assault. But it looks like they don't have the reserves or the logistics infrastructure to do so. The fact that the 40 mile convoy dispersed into the woods means they have no way to move those vehicles and they were getting hammered from the air.

Keep in mind those maps showing what Russia controls are inaccurate. Mostly in those areas Russia controls the main roads and the center of some cities. The majority of that space remains contested by insurgents and the roads themselves remain dangerous.

I think the war could go either way as of now, which is an amazing accomplishment by Ukraine. But it means we need to keep doing everything we can, and looking for additional actions by which we can help.

Every day their economy worsens as their brain drain accelerates. Every day their military uses up more and more of their supplies & reserves. They talk about Russia becoming another Iran or North Korea but those countries have a functioning economy and a well stocked military. Russia will soon have neither.

It's incumbent on our government to continue doing everything it can to help. We're near the tipping point, if we do everything.

    1. Unfortunately, it sounds like Putin and Lukashenko had a heart-to-heart yesterday and agreed that Russia would false-flag bomb a Belarusan town to give an excuse to engage the Belarusan army in the war. Reports of air strikes in the west of Ukraine and an expected 9pm local time incursion from Belarus.

  3. Hold the Latte.
Starbucks workers are on strike today. At issue: wages, hours, worker safety.

They’re picketing at the East Colfax store.
