  1. The greatest threat to the health and well being of Americans is the Democrat variant of stupid.

    Symptoms:

12 Major cities reach record homicides

Shutdown domestic energy so you have to buy it from people who shout death to America every day.

Give up Afganistán and leave American and allies behind enemy lines.

Transfer advance military weapons to Stone Age  people

    Open borders to illegal immigration

Require vaccinations of the citizens but not illegal aliens

    Pay $400,000.00 to criminal aliens

    Classify parents as domestic terrorist

Nominate Harris as VP when you could have had Tulsi

Let Bernie, not a Democrat, fuck up two elections

Not require the Sec of Transportation to get his ass back to work in the middle of a supply chain crisis

Claim 4 trillion of spending is paid for

Claim taxes not raised on anyone making less than $400,000

Giving millionaires and billionaires a tax break with the SALT deduction

Jen Psaki, The Squad, John Kerry, BLM, Duke Cox

    A nuclear Iran

    Organized smash and grab gangsters

Blame merchants for wanting to sell merchandise that people like to steal

    Media ham, Dr Fauci

    No bail crimes

    Waiving to Vlad

    OMG Hillary move on girl

    1. Gun homicides are up. See this year’s GOP Congressional Christmas cards for an explanation. All other crime is down.

Domestic energy is not “ shut down”.  It’s just diversifying. Your orange idol made the deals with MBS ( Khashoggi’s murderer) and with Putin to cut production and raise prices.

If you think $400,000 is too much, what price do you think is fair for the Trump policies that stole thousands of children from parents at the border, then “lost” them afterwards? How much would you expect to get if the government kidnapped your child?

Duke, you get star billing with some big names here. Apparently, you really bruised the Pontificating Pear’s tender skin.

“Waiving” to Vlad? What does that even mean?
The former guy kowtowed and did everything but expose his paunchy belly to Vlad…took Putin’s word over his own intelligence, tried to erase sanctions, praised him as a great leader, and on ad nauseum.

I don’t have time to address every lie and distortion listed here. Suffice it to note that each one has counter-evidence.

      1. Sounds to me like Roger’s gearing up his talking gibberish points for yet another failed run for some office in ’22?? . . .

        (. . . instead of “work[ing] in the middle of a supply chain crisis” . . .)

    2. Pear, let's just take one.  Crude oil is a global commodity, which means it can be bought from anywhere and sold to anywhere in the world, so if we produce less it doesn't mean we then have only one choice to buy it from terrorists, or even from the middle east for that matter.

I know you know that. You know you know that.  Cheers.

      1. Brandon complained that OPEC (15 member states) wouldn’t increase production, I don’t see OPEC as has having our best interest at heart. As a reasonable person why would the Pres release oil from the SOR, if it can be bought anywhere?

Just a silly PR ploy to let low information voters think he was doing something. I had to laugh that when Joe announced the release from the SOR that OPEC cut back on production. Without domestic production we have no leverage with the cartel.

        Want to try another one?

        1. Pear;

From what I have read the release from the SOR was indeed a drop in the bucket – agree.  Biden (spelled B-I-D-E-N) did request that OPEC increase its production this summer and they basically told him to pound sand. Following that, that is, getting the fuck you from OPEC, US oil production is increasing now and will through the end of 2022, but is still below pre-pandemic levels. Prices are also dropping at the pump due to fears about the effect of the omicron variant, at least that is what analysts are claiming is the reason.

Big-picture wise the USA is the largest producer in the world (10,962,000 bbl/day), closely followed by Russia, then Saudi Arabia, so I don't see how you can claim "without domestic production" ? Are we no longer producing any oil ? As the world's largest producer we " have no leverage " ?  That makes no sense to me.

As an aside, OPEC does not have our best interests at heart, but neither does Russia, or China, or Venezuela.

I am not sure what you think I got wrong.

          1. When the President complains that OPEC won't increase production, that tells me that the administration has no leverage to use our supply to lower prices. That was his objective and a good one it was.

          1. Disappointed, yes. But at least the low information voters (morons) now know what a walking fart machine Joe is. Why has Jill not been arrested for elder abuse? The guy can not speak extemporaneously without a prompter. America is in danger, the gangster nations will not wait long to take advantage of our weakness.

            1. Powerful Pear says:

              December 9, 2021 at 12:49 PM MST

But at least the low information voters (morons) now know what a walking fart machine Don is. Why has Melania not been arrested for elder abuse? The guy can not speak extemporaneously without a prompter. America was in danger, the Russians were working to take advantage of our weakness.

                1. OMFG. Biden's no Barack Obama, but he's 20X as articulate as the Former Guy.

If TFG is truly running for Prez in 2024 (if it's not just a grift), the campaign trail will be a nightmare of wordmush. I mean the kind of wordmush you might get if words could clog up your disposal, and you had to clean that sucker out.

      1. “Or” ?? . . .

        . . . and, please, what’s with the childish taunting insult? — it’s a Ttumpy bear, damn it !!!

        (Like you didn’t already know that . . .)

        1. Josh Marshall at TPM:

GEORGIA Republicans are purging Black Democrats from county election boards. Previously county election boards were made up of equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats. Now they’re being reorganized under straight partisan control. “The unusual rash of restructurings follows the state’s passage of Senate Bill 202, which restricted ballot access statewide and allowed the Republican-controlled State Election Board to assume control of county boards it deems underperforming. The board immediately launched a performance review of the Democratic-leaning Fulton County board, which oversees part of Atlanta” … “In five of the Georgia counties that restructured election boards – Troup, Morgan, Pickens, Stephens and Lincoln – the legislature shifted the power to appoint some or all election board members to local county commissions, all of which are currently controlled by Republicans.”

  2. "shut down domestic energy…….."

Really, PP? Exactly how much of our public lands, supposedly being managed for multiple use purposes, do you want to turn over to the oil & gas industry? Big energy today sits on hundreds of thousands of acres of undeveloped leases just in the Western states alone. Maybe they should develop what they already have instead of continuing to demand more and more.

    1. A lease is only part of the cost of production. Our phony baloney governor Jared Le Petomane continues to copy California in business regulations which drives up cost. Natural gas and oil production peaked in Jan 2020, since then in steep decline. Check out mineralanswers.com Colorado Oil & Gas Activity.

      1. Are you referring to Colorado business regulations like the ones requiring companies to capture methane from wells rather than just flaring it off into the atmosphere?

Flaring is another way the energy companies rip off the taxpayers. Methane can be captured; sold; and royalties paid to the Treasury.

Note I'm not mentioning that methane is far worse than CO-2 as a greenhouse gas.

  3. Colorado O&G production is in decline for a host of reasons, primary among them is that Wall Street got tired of the O&G E&P's story on production and wanted their investments to actually pay out.  When the money spigot was shut-off production crashed.

Denver Basin (including WY) break-even price for new wells is about $58/bbl.  The average future price in 2021 is about $60/bbl.  The Permian has far lower new well costs which means that's where the rigs are at but the money isn't there for runaway E&P development- Wall Street has gotten wise to the fracking game and the limits of what it can provide.

    1. Completely correct.

I searched but could not find….

Does anyone know if the Rocky Mountain Discount at the Henry Hub has ever been less than a dollar?

        1. Thanks, Michael.

I spent some time on that site but couldn't find what I was looking for.

It is my understanding that Rocky Mountain gas (particularly Piceance Basin gas) is so costly to produce, it has never sold at a profit except when it hit $14 per mcf, that one time. Otherwise, it has been manipulated to hide the losses from investors.

I believe that is one of the reasons these yokels here pushed so hard for the, now deceased, Jordan Cove pipeline project…thinking they might finally be able to sell their gas to the Chinese or Japanese for a profit.

The underlying principle is "American energy for Americans".  Isn't that right fellas?

Ultimately, the shale gas scam is going to cost somebody a shitload of money.

  4. I just got an unsolicited text from Trumptard Command wanting me to sign on to his next failed media clown show.  I assume at least 3 billion others got similar texts, or will soon.
