Concealed carry permits are available to residents and non-residents with the minimum age being 21. Non-residents must already have a permit to carry in their home state if they want to obtain a Pennsylvania permit. Northern Colorado Radio Station NOCONOW KFKA(1310 am) posted this racist ad on their website: (screenshot by a friend). I found it on the station's Facebook page about live Covid updates.. Supposedly, they were only reporting what the TX lt Guv said, but seems like something like this needs commentary from the station, like "This is not true". Also, the incendiary headline served as clickbait for a raft of other COVID news.
