Smacks of hedging your bets, IMO. Have enough gumption to endorse one or the other. The article states that many found Beauprez’s opposition to Ref C/D troublesome, but apparently not enough to stand against him.

It looks like the Colo. Contractors’ Assoc. is trying to have it both ways………….so to speak. Immitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
