In addition to the Lobato trial, Colorado taxpayers will also be interested in another suit being argued today in Denver District Court. The Douglas County School Board’s pilot voucher plan has been challenged by a local group of DougCo residents called Taxpayers for Public Education, the ACLU and Americans United for Separation of Church & State.
