April Fools offering from the Angry Birds guys
present company excluded of course 🙂
kinda throws a monkey wrench into whatever it is they wanted to say, which is unclear.
These guys still think the Tea Party, and its obsession with peronally ridiculing the President and not offering any serious ideas of their own, will sell to Independent voters.
Obama and his campaign handlers have got to be lovin’ this.
An amazing man, trans-formative, really. One of our leading scholars of race relations in the United States. (Sidenote–he also taught ethnic studies at CU.)
Just completed his 600 page “Malcolm X–A life of Reinvention”, to be in print soon.
Too much for Beck? Guess Trump must be afraid his show is losing steam. Needs to remind people that he’s still a famous celebrity.

Get out and enjoy this wonderful CO Sunday!
fortunately, I don’t need to buy or sell a house! But we’ll be home for the Nugget’s/LA game. Scary with all the injuries but at least we have a little breathing room in 5th.
Go Nuggets! I think they have a real chance today. Really enjoying this new team. I miss Chauncey, but Melo…not so much.
and John Barry. This was extra sweet after the way the halftime report guys, especially Barry, who always disses the Nuggets, were just looking right past us, talking about how the Lakers were sure to catch the Spurs because of course they were going to win today, win the rest of the way out including beating the Spurs in LA. Then they were all looking past the first round and talking about how the Lakers were going to be playing OKC in the second round as if the Nuggets beating OKC wasn’t even worth considering. Loved K Mart’s death blow and he deserved his strut. And take that John Barry, you supercilious jerk. Joy in Nuggetsville.
I loved the Kenyon strut too:-)
Gotta LOVE this team. They’re exceptionally cool under pressure for such a new team.
Or are you just trying to just trying to convince us (and yourself) that you’re this guy?
might begin by demonstrating they actually know the English language…hard to make a convincing argument if one is unable to write properly.
as for you, your fave go-to words seem to be ‘asshole’ and ‘STFU’.
realize you’re ‘old’ Row-Fee but you seem to have missed the ‘mature’ part. what’s the point of aging if you don’t grow up in the process?
very cool vid btw. 😉
“Actually, Ralphie, I’m only suggesting people who think they’re smart might begin by demonstrating they actually know the English language. It is hard to make a convincing argument if one is unable to write properly.
As for you, your favorite words seem to be ‘asshole’ and ‘STFU.’
I realize you’re “old,” Ralphie, but you seem to have missed the “mature” part. What’s the point of aging if you don’t grow up in the process?
Very cool video, by the way.”
Please feel free to share any other advice you may have on the process of maturing. Honestly, watching your lack of progress is fascinating.
like a 12 year old? Is that what you meant, you clever, clever lad? God, I hope for your sake and the 8 people that buy your book that it’s better written than your lame ass comments on here.
But don’t expect to find a broad tolerance for error and/or bullshit on this site.
My experience here is that this site is populated by individuals with sound backgrounds, impeachable values, analytical skills and a robust ability to root out weakness in logic.
Good day.
SOS Scott Gessler is going to be on the boyles show Monday am. Boyles is already touting the “5000” non citizens who voted in 2010 in Colorado and I think that Gessler will be discussing new regulations or whatever about who is eligible to register to vote…
I think you cover media relatively impartially and so I would like to read your take on the Gessler/boyles interview.
(I thought I’d save everyone the time, but go ahead and listen for yourselves if you’ve got nothing better to do.)
And how to combat “racial fearmongering used to disenfranchise” if you don’t even listen to the plan…..
who do you think is going to call their state legislator/talk radio/write letters and support Gessler???…..where do you think public opinion is going to be on Gessler’s plan???? How do you think public opinion is formed?
What do you think Frank Lutz did when he was in Denver??? What do you think the topics for the focus groups were? I ask, because I don’t know. I forgot to sign up for his website.
You keep your head in the sand, dgdr……keep your ears clogged up…..and if asked, just say “What? Me Worry?” “I am too important to worry about a little ole Secretary of State, I am an important progressive. We only listen to each other.”
As for me, dgdr, I have people I have to protect, so I will listen to Gessler so I know what he is up to…..
And, I will continue to do my best to publicize what the bigots are doing.
the same old plan — raise fear and suspicion using innuendo and false analysis about anyone less whiter than Ralphie’s underpants.
I’m pretty sure it won’t be: any kind of genius plan, requiring any kind of advanced-degree deep analysis of actions or motives. Coming from those two clowns?
P fucking S: I’m just the (pre-)messenger so put down the guns, huh?
Besides, it’s Sunday evening. Me and all the rest of the head-in-the-sand, ear-clogged, what-me-worry, self-important liberals that I know have had a fairly shitty week of heavy and disappointing lifting already . . . I’m not even going to think about questions until tomorrow.
P fucking S S: It’s not like I don’t admire your spirit. Keep up the good, and necessary, work!
PPS. Or P P fucking S.
Last week did suck. Seems like everyone needs a lesson in accepting what we cannot change and changing what we cannot accept. Start again! 🙂
It’s fucking P fucking P fucking S.
That’s the Fuck It way! http://www.thefuckitway.com/
Maybe I got it wrong or maybe Gessler is smarter than we think….which may not be so good for our side….loud and dumb gives us a fighting chance.
Look, I know last week was really tough…..the hardest part for me was knowing that people went down to the State Capital, to petition their government for redress of real grievances and to find that their government did not redress.
