My Resolutions by PERA Hopeful

I always do as sxp151 tells me because I’m scared to death of him/her.  Here are my resolutions:

1.  Be nicer to Mr. Hopeful and all the little Hopefuls, human and canine.  Though I’m always nice as shit to them so I don’t know how I could possibly be any nicer.  But still, I’ll try.  Even though they don’t appreciate my current level of niceness and won’t appreciate the enhanced level, either.

2.  Lose weight so I can see if my knees, back, ankles, etc. feel better.  This has been a continuing resolution since at least 2000.

3.  Make more money so maybe young Master Hopeful can go to college when he graduates from high school next year.  Since my current line of work involves the sale of residential real estate, I resolve to ask everybody I ever see anywhere whether they know somebody who wants to buy or sell a home.

So…do any of you know anybody who wants to buy or sell a home?
