Like many Muslims want to kill anyone who draws Mohammed.
but I’m sure if she agreed to wear a burqua (looking at the pictures of her, it would have taken quite a large one), the Taliban would have appreciated her help in destroying the huge stone Buddahs in Afghanistan a few years back.
They have more in common than that which separates them.
Or, other factual things?
It’s not like they’d do it in Saudi Arabia. Who cares? Violent extremism sucks.
An extremist Muslim threatening artists is bad. We all agree.
Know what else is bad? Destroying other’s property and limiting free speech by wielding a crowbar. Insert any religion/party affiliation/country you want. It shouldn’t be done.

Religiously motivated destruction of property (aka Criminal Mischief, a Class 4 felony).
It is an act of religious extremism that should have zero acceptance in our society.
But it stems from the same anti-democratic impulses that the urge to censor can be found. They’re basically the same thing.
