After the jump, you can watch fully eight TV spots currently on the air in Colorado’s U.S. Senate race: three up today from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) with both new and familiar themes, a thrust and parry from the campaigns of Michael Bennet and Ken Buck, a pro-Buck ad from the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), and one each from ‘independent’ groups American Crossroads and Club for Growth Action. Please note that while we feel like we’ve got a good sample of what’s out there, there may well be others.
This is the season that our friend Adam Schrager of 9NEWS likes to say pays his salary the rest of the year, even though he, like much of the public, finds these saturation mudfests insufferable.
Lots of money being spent, but who is winning hearts and minds?
| Backwards – birth control, fertility drugs | Different – 17th Amendment |
| Represent – comments by Buck re: constituent representation | Dr. Eliza – birth control ban |
Unfair – Buck’s response to Bennet ads |
Listening – NRSC’s Bennet ad response |
| Outraged – American Crossroads |
Enough – Club for Growth |
