Mr.Culpepper has a long history of not paying his bills, and at least 2 criminal citations in Virgina. He has 11 judgments on record, and was evicted in 2003 from 1995 Corona st in Denver.
He headed (as a director) in Alaska a 501-C6 called Alaska’s Future.
Alaska’s Future is a front group that Associated Press reported was “created as a front for Exxon Mobil Corp., BP PLC and ConocoPhillips to promote a natural gas pipeline deal.”
The group was created by the companies in 2005. The founding director and president of the group was George Culpepper Jr.
Mr.Culpepper at one point stated that the group had 50 members, but later acknowledged “There is no membership list. It was a front to hide the support of the Big Three,” Culpepper told AP in late 2006. Culpepper left the group in early 2006. AP reporte and that “the group was set up in agreement between the three oil producers, BP, Cononco and Exxon Mobile.
