  1. To me, what socialism means is to guarantee a basic level of dignity. It's asserting the value of saying that the America we want and the America that we are proud of is one in which all children can access a dignified education. It's one in which no person is too poor to have the medicines they need to live.

    Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

    1. Meanwhile, over in #KKKrazyTown:

    1. Would be so easy with competence!

      Wouldn’t everything??? . . .

. . . I mean, except for the part about finding someone to call in the Ttump Misadministration who’s actually competent.

    2. I didn't think the extorter-in-chief would hold back now…

turns out, I was right. Now everything will be a quid pro quo.

No obedience, no federal support. He will shake down any and all who stand in his way.

    3. But Wait! There's more!

Just stand by and let the news wash over you – next Friday, it's gonna be speaking in tongues and saving the righteous while damming the poor and the foreign.

      same as it ever was

      1. It will be the biglyest carnival night ever witnessed by the evangelical community.  Period. (someone call Spicey).  Tongues, calls for big checks from #PrettyPaula, the twice-married Mississippi gurl who owns a private jet, a $2.6 million home and a Trump condo.  A walking, talking barking clown for the #ProsperityGospel. Because. Jesus. and stuff. Oh, and Falwell-the-junior and his repentant pool boy. And a prayer for Nancy (just kidding on that one).

Who’s going to break it to the evangelicals that *rump was “the test”, not “the savior”? (they all flunked except for the woke folks over at Christianity Today).

        1. If Trump tries to speak in tongues, I’m not sure that we could distinguish it from his usual gibberish.

He could practice tongue talk for the SOTU address. The evangelicals would eat it up, and everyone else would be too scared or polite to say anything.

Or maybe he thinks that the “tongue talking” proposed for the “Evangelicals for Trump” event next Friday is something he’s more familiar with.

  2. Obviously, I'm apparently as yet mostly unknown as a political donor (intentionally so, I may add).  So far, the only email appeals I've gotten for "donate before the end of this quarter" have been from Hickenlooper, who apparently needs more to get to his $500,000 quarterly goal.  And I've gotten that one 3 times.

    1. I got that Hickenlooper plea, too. (Straight to recycle bin). However, whatI found interesting about it was that it was all anti-Gardner. Gardner promised but didn’t deliver, Gardner votes with Trump, Gardner must be defeated, McConnell is evil, we have to retake the Senate. All true, of course.

But doesn’t Hick have anything that he can brag about on his own record? Is it just too generally known that he had to be dragged kicking and screaming to all his pro-environmental, civil rights, pro-cannabis “achievements”?

What about Hick’s on-the-record statements that he isn’t qualified for and didn’t want the Senate seat?  If he’s such a phenomenal candidate that the DCCC had to promote him over all the rest of the field, why isn’t he shouting that to the rooftops? Is this vote for me cuz I’m not Cory really the best winning strategy?

I get emails from Romanoff and Garcia. It’s basically about which lists you sign.

  3. Traveling around our large and great country leaves me with a feeling of hope.  Not the "hope" from prior campaigns, but a hope of the removal of a low intelligent, hate monger.

I have seen the use of the phrase "socialist" to refer to any Democratic Party member.  And, even in deep "red" districts, the republican will lose.

Trying to use the word "Socialist" and at the same time support Putin, the KGB agent and Communist, leaves the greedy old perverts vulnerable to laughter.

    1. I wish they could be shamed into a different mindset, but I keep hearing more and more noise about violence.  The Orange Destruction will keep destroying anything that does not bend to his will.

There will be violence…T***p expects it from his subjects. Far too many of them will respond.
