There's a variety styles listed in the Wikipedia article, too — but none of them are in the Mountain West. With Cory, I can never tell when he's being serious and when he's telling a joke … so perhaps someone else knows and can tell us Cory's take on BBQ?

Ain't that the truth! Daddy Bruce used to have an outpost up in Boulder. Back in the early 80s, I was part of a radio show out of KGNU. Every Saturday our producer and I would drive up with the tape for that eveninng’s broadcast. We always stopped at Daddy Bruce's on the way back. Nothin' else like it, though Sam Taylor's came close.
