  1. At 7:35 this morning, as everyone else was covering Roger Stone's arrest, I flipped on Fox out of curiosity to see how they were covering it.

They had a story about Elizabeth Warren's wealth tax.

  2. Um.  Wow.

Denver Public Schools apologizes for letter that said striking teachers on visas could be reported to immigration

…on Thursday evening, the Colorado People’s Alliance posted a letter sent by a district human resources employee to a school, that stated that teachers on H or J visas who choose to strike will be reported to immigration and the U.S. Department of State.

“If they have a pending case and choose to strike, this could impact the decision on the case,” the letter stated.

  3. FWIW – Intersting screen on CNBC just now:  1) Inverted yield curve where 2yr notes have higher yield than 5 yr notes which often signals a coming recession; 2) Airport delays caused by ATC sickout; 3) Yet, the stock market is up 1.1% at the moment.  They didn’t have room to show Stone arrest.  Buckle up, folks.
