With the holiday season in full swing, we wanted to take a moment to tell you all how grateful we are to work together to better the lives of Coloradans. We can’t wait to see you in 2019 and to roll up our sleeves and get back to work. Consider a gift of any size to keep fueling our resistance efforts as we set our sights on 2019 and 2020.

Thanks again for everything you’ve done in 2018 to fight back. It’s been a great year. Here are a few more ways to make a difference in the last two weeks of 2018:


No Walls Between Us: Vigil for Human Rights on #IntlMigrantsDay

This vigil is part of Love Knows No Borders, a week of action standing in solidarity with the migrant caravan and all who seek refuge in the U.S. Araceli Velasquez, a leader in sanctuary fighting for her life and her family, invites the community to stand with her as an asylum seeker and call on the US to offer peace and safety to those seeking refuge. Clergy from Temple Micah and Park Hill United Methodist Church will lead the vigil alongside Araceli.

The Colorado Poor People’s Campaign will be hosting a series of Poor People’s Hearings to lift up the voices of the poor, directly impacted, and faith leaders to demand that our nation’s elected officials take action to fight systemic racism, poverty, the war economy and militarism, ecological devastation, and our nation’s distorted moral narrative of Christian nationalism.
