The answer, my friend
Is blowin' in the wind…
Wind energy the new "cash crop" for Colorado farmers
Anschutz promotes large scale wind energy – does anyone know if he has lobbied against the distributed model?
In more good news: So far, the Trump Trade War is unlikely to hurt the wind industry much.
To think the fabricated War on Rural Colorado was, uh, fabricated?!?! Or that they lied to us when they said integration of renewables would jeopardize the reliability of a system built for coal?
Yeah. Not so much.

TrumpColoradodigscoalprospers with renewablesI've been in Xcel's Windsource program; at 100%; since it started. Costs a few more bucks per month on my bill, but helps me offset the carbon footprint of my 4WD Xterra.
I remember the days well when Xcel fought Boulder so hard on the Ponnequin installation and folks like Vince Carroll running around with their hair on fire claiming no one in their right mind would pay a premium for green energy.
Unfortunately, I'm not in the Xcel service territory so I can't participate – but it gives me a great deal of satisfaction to see how far they've come from the days of Wayne Brunetti (under his leadership Xcel publicly opposed Amendment 37).
A Category 5 Trumpstink alert is in effect today in Brussels..
Stay upwind America. And all 29 NATO countries.
Your president stinks.
He is also very stupid and a puppet of Vladimir Putin.
But it’s his stink that worries us the most.
For God’s sake, Trump,
Buy a case of Irish Spring.
It’s important!
About that economic anxiety everyone is talking about.
I've been watching the meet-up thread I put up last week and so far M.J. and her + 1, MichaelBowman, Voyageur, the realist, Davie, Mrs. Cook and I plan to be there. Anyone else want to chime in before I call in the reservation? Look through the recent diaries for the "meet-up", and R.S.V.P.
