We Love Bennet v. Romanoff Rumble Threads

  • by: Colorado Pols

Because of exchanges like these (all names redacted to keep it fun):

Polster #1 (to Polster #3): “I always give my reasons however you seem to wallow in shallow fluffy propaganda in favor of [insert candidate here] and I for one am tired of it.”

Polster #2: “Coming from a tedious hack like yourself I think [Polster #3] should consider this a compliment.”

We hope you know this is why we cherish all three of you, and Bennet, and Romanoff. To arms!

  1. Last quarter Speaker Romanoff raised 70% of his contributions via ActBlue. In the past seven days he has raised $3288 from 18 contributors.  That seems a little on the low side for a US Senate candidate.

      1. On a more relevant note it seems that Speaker Romanoff’s fund raising is not sufficient to be competitive in a race for the US Senate.

        1. given that his actual contributions will be known again in January.

I know you are probably just shilling for Bennet (what with the timing of the creation of your login), so really this is probably for other people to consider.

If I were a candidate announcing shortly before a quarter ends, I would steer everything I could through my online contribution link to ensure it gets in.

The start of the next quarter is a good time to go after the larger contributions that come in check form (all online contributions take a small deduction for credit card processing fees).

But hey…no use having logic get in the way of good talking points 😉
