this race is Suthers’ to lose. I think something really unsavory would have to come up for him to not win (sorry, Dan!).
Slater just announced…for tomorrow — it’s really hard to say how he will do
I attended a candidate forum when he ran against Fern O’Brien. There were exactly two Democrats in the room full of republicans. Rather than tell us about his qualifications and goals all he did was rail against O’Brien (who wasn’t even there) insulting her at every opportunity and questioning her integrity. We learned nothing about Mr. Suthers other than he can be rude and crude without any need to be.
So how could you expect him to have manners?
I try to be a well mannered Lawyer. I was far less mannered before I became a lawyer.
Isn’t that the knock on Bill Ritter, that he’s too much of a nice guy?
