Powerful. It could equally show a packed emergency room, with people waiting 4-8 hours to be seen. Denver Health's ER used to be like that, back when it was called Denver General.
When I was finally gainfully employed with health insurance, my young son was amazed at how quickly he got seen at a nice, clean, cheerful hospital. I didn't have to walk him past bleeding drunks on gurneys to see a doctor. His take on it: "Geez, mom. You walk in, you see the doctor, the doctor says, "You need medicine." Then they go, "Here's your medicine". That's cool!"
