    1. That's cute! You took the stuff Trump actually said about Obama and flipped it.

Of course, no one's saying Trump was born in Russia.  Just that he's Russia's puppet.

    2. You're gettin' old, CarnHolio; old, tired and impotent.

You were already weak, lame and stupid.

Borrow five bucks and go buy yourself a personality. Or make it ten and throw in a sense of humor.

  1. DNC Announces Transition Advisory Committee

“Our Democratic turnaround will be a success because everyone has a seat at the table” said DNC Chair Tom Perez. “So I’m honored to have such a talented and diverse group of leaders guiding our transition process. Together we’ll right the ship and get the Democratic Party in a position to take the fight to Donald Trump and the Republican Party and win.”

You may notice from the team roster that follows that it includes nobody who voted for Keith Ellison, and, as far as I can see, one person affiliated with Bernie– Pramila Jayapal.

Of course, that's fine.  It's your party.  Progressives might ask themselves, however, if it's theirs.

  2. Key Democratic Officials Now Warning Base Not to Expect Evidence of Trump/Russia Collusion

Key Democratic officials are clearly worried about the expectations that have been purposely stoked and are now trying to tamp them down. Many of them have tried to signal that the beliefs the base has been purposely led to adopt have no basis in reason or evidence.

The latest official to throw cold water on the MSNBC-led circus is President Obama’s former acting CIA chief Michael Morell. What makes him particularly notable in this context is that Morell was one of Clinton’s most vocal CIA surrogates. In August, he not only endorsed Clinton in the pages of the New York Times but became the first high official to explicitly accuse Trump of disloyalty, claiming: “in the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.”

But on Wednesday night, Morell appeared at an intelligence community forum to “cast doubt” on “allegations that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.” He said: “On the question of the Trump campaign conspiring with the Russians here, there is smoke, but there is no fire, at all,” adding: “There’s no little campfire, there’s no little candle, there’s no spark. And there’s a lot of people looking for it.”

    1. Meh, let the evidence lead to whatever conclusions are warranted.  Personally, I think the Trump-Russia (and his buffoon crew) connection will more likely turn out to be your everyday, run-of-the-mill money grubbing/influence peddling scandal.

But of course until we see Trump's tax returns, we don't know to what extent he's indebted to the Russian banks that Putin and his cronies control.

  3. Trump's new battle cry:

#LetThemDie: ‘Heartless’ Donald Trump Blasted For Killing Meals On Wheels Funds

The president’s budget request eliminates federal grants for meals.

The elderly, the sick, the poor that voted for Trump are simply cannon fodder as far as the GOP is concerned.
