Close Senate Race & Stolen Primary gives Angry Democrats power for change

  • by: John Kennedy

It only takes a few votes in a “very” tight race to change the outcome drastically. Perhaps your vote will be the one that changes the outcome and puts enough pressure on corrupt Democratic Party officials that they will not manipulate primaries in the future.

The key issue for Colorado Democrats to remember is that Obama Stole the Democratic Senate Nomination for Michael Bennet.  Loss of a Fair and Honest Primary Means the General Election is not Fair. The way to tell Corrupt State Democratic Party officials that you won’t tolerate it is to

WRITE-IN “ROMANOFF”

or just leave the spaces for Senator “BLANK”

OUR RIGHT to a fair and honest primary is too precious to lose over your fear of Republicans.

Obama can veto any bill that Ken Buck passes and the GOP will not have the votes in either house or senate to override.  The right to abortion is settled law.

Our Colorado Democratic Primary was Stolen by Obama for Bennet. To those that say our Colorado Democratic Primary was not stolen, we offer the following evidence:

Gov. Ritter appointed Bennet even though none of the recommendation emails that Ritter asked for mentioned Bennet even once. The Denver Post said that the Obama White House pressured Ritter to appoint Bennet.

Prior to our primary vote:

Obama endorsed Bennet prior to our Caucus, County Assemblies or Primary vote.

Obama directly raised Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars for Bennet in Denver.

Obama Personally Campaigned for Bennet in Colorado and elsewhere.

Obama caused 460,000 Robo-Calls to be placed to Corado Dems with his endorsement.

Obama Joined a 20,000+ telephone conference call to Colorado Dems with his endorsement.

Obama caused thousands of Telemarketing Calls to be made to Colorado Dems From Washington DC, just prior to the Primary on Aug. 10.

Our corrupt State Democratic Party leaders allowed OFA to officially organize for Bennet and do it out of the State Democratic Party offices.

The DNC and DSCC gave all their Colorado Senate race money to Bennet, thus financially handicapping Romanoff and removing him from prime individual donor lists and preferential media treatment,

A huge Breach Of Trust With Rank & File Colorado Dems.

To get our Honest Primary back send a strong message to our Corrupt State and National Party Officials by

WRITING-IN “Romanoff”

or

Just Leaving the Space next to Bennet’s Name “BLANK”

We need an Honest Primary in 2012.

    1. Now, ladies and gentlemen,Your real names are?

Step right up.  Lets see you take responsibility for your words.

People commenting under fake names usually have a secret agenda and it is usually not an agenda that most people would approve of.

      1. Look, I’m not Bennet’s #1 fan. But nothing was stolen. The system worked and the people’s vote decided.

Bennet was appointed by the Governor – that’s the law. The Governor pickes who he wants, not who generates the most letters. And the Governor was elected by a majority of the state.

Bennet won the primary in a fair vote. President Obama, just like any other interest group, can campaign for a candidate in the primary. That’s his right.

But the final vote was a majority vote of the Democratic party. That’s democracy. Nothing was stolen. Stealing would be giving the office to Romanoff after Bennet won.

      2. Because you cross posted all your crap at Square State under your real name.  My real name you know.  You are starting to make BJ look bright.

    1. That is giving him WAAAAAAY too much credit. I have met this guy, he is genuinely this insane. It’s not an act or a calculated strategy. He’s just a nut job.

      1. I’ve seen way way too much of the calculated crazy this political season. It’s beyond farce at this point. But just regular ol’ run of the mill crazy? I find it kinda refreshing.

  1. The other day I suggested that no liberal would complain of having a race “stolen” because we knew where things stood.

Clearly incorrect.  Sorry for the assumption.

    1. Oh my friend, you are about to be schooled on that very topic in your own party. The next few years are going to be fun, regardless of the election results.

    2. … and you’ll see that it’s complete bullshit (as usual from you) to say “the OfA army” is “turned against” Bennet. But don’t let facts keep you from your trolling!

    1. Apparently you spoke before reading the paragraphs above so I’ll repeat it for your benefit

NO PRESIDENT should be campaigning for either candidate or meddling in a primary prior to our vote. Unforgivable.

  2. We need an Honest Primary in 2012.

Mark Udall was elected in 2008, numb nuts.

If the man you’re shilling for, Ken Buck, is elected in 2010 — or if a far superior candidate, Michael Bennet, wins in 2010 there won’t be another U.S. Senate primary until 2014, when Udall’s seat is up.

Only really, really, stupid people think about winning a primary contest for the U.S. Senate in a year in which there is no U.S. Senate race.

So, you’re either a sockpuppet for the beej or dumber than a box of rocks.  Or, both.

    1. He was a shill for Bob Schaffer in 2008 when Dick Wadhams paid him to picket every day outside the Udall headquarters and at every debate and public appearance.

      1. I saw the clown in front of channel 4 yesterday.  Obviously missing a few megabytes in his ram package.  I found it advisable to stay upwind of him … his hygiene is about as good as his ethics.

        1. I was there an hour ahead of time. 20 minutes later a large group of republicans showed up and all were very polite (not the demons you make them out to be).

About an hour later some Dems started showing up.

Remember Voyageur, you are talking about a fellow Dem, a 46 year Straight Ticket voter(until last week).

If you want UNITY in the Democratic Party for 2012… a lot more respect and a lot less crude behavior is needed.

      2. Udall treated us with contempt, much like you are doing now.

Udall would not meet with anti-war activists unless there were 50 policemen to protect him. Most of the anti-war community was elderly, like myself. Cowardly!

          1. So I gave up on the Anti-War movement.  Most of it was riddled with Democrats who corrupted it by wasting its energy and diverting it from stopping the wars to electing Dems(primarily because they feared the Republicans more than they hated the wars).

Same thing for the Impeachment movement. Most of the large national groups sold out to powerful Democrats who would never impeach and were only interested in winning elections, but not doing what the anti-war and impeachment movements wanted(nor what rank and file Dems wanted, either).

            1. Either you were part of the anti-war movement like you said in the comment to which I originally replied, or you weren’t per this comment I’m answering now. You can’t have it both ways.

      3. and that we work to change it at our own expense so we don’t have to answer to party officials like Progressive Democrats of America, which is a captive of the party.

      1. ain’t no democrat senate primary in 2012.  I’ll next whip your sorry right-wing ass in 2014.  I think you’re fixated on 2012 because that’s the year you plan to take a bath.

        1. We should wholeheartedly support Street channeling all his efforts toward Colorado’s 2012 Senate Primary.

Street, don’t listen to Voy; start getting on that 2012 primary prep work now!

          1. Actually, ProtestintheBasement will run as an independent for the U.S. Senate in 2012.  Then in 2014, having served the traditional two-year term for U.S. Senators, he can switch to the Republicans and run in their primary.

  3. I find this weird capitalization of random words very distracting. Am I supposed to emphasize every other word?

What a jumbled mess of incoherence.

This guy is mad as hell that democracy was used! We must never let this happen again! Democracy only counts if his chosen candidate wins.

      1. It means Andrew Romanoff is the 18th generation descendant of Jesus! That must be why we must oppose anyone who opposes him. Now all we need is Tom Hanks to play ProtestInBlahBlah in the film version. I vote for Neil Patrick Harris and a bottle of black hair dye to play Romanoff.

        1. This guy is nuts all the time; it’s just an unfortunate coincidence that he picked up the Romanoff banner and kept it held up after even Romanoff dropped it.  None of this ranting has anything to do with the actual person who ran.

It’s like blaming Foster for Hinckley.  Leave them out of it altogether.

          1. It’s not like Romanoff is some amazing progressive hero. Especially considering he was FOR THE IRAQ WAR, unlike John, who claims to be a huge anti-war protester.

I think what it comes down to is that John knows that it’s a lot easier to get disaffected Romanoff supporters to write in “Andrew Romanoff” than it would be to try to get them to not vote at all. Even though both acts have the same result (their ballots aren’t counted.)
