Earlier today, GOP counsel indicated that the Party might sue to stop people from changing party affiliation.
In the last hour or so, Dick Wadhams announced that he has decided against that particular approach to party-building.

I’m not always a fan of everything he says, but he is a big draw and will bring a lot of attention to the true conservative parties. The Republicans can’t win this time anyway; we might as well have some good come of this.
